Green Street Market is a vibrant public gathering space in the heart of Downtown Lee’s Summit, designed to bring people together through flexible, community-focused design.

Leigh + O’Kane served as the structural engineer for this unique civic space, supporting a vision shaped by public input and intentional placemaking. The project transforms a central downtown corridor into a destination that accommodates farmers markets, outdoor performances, public art, and everyday community interaction.
