Leigh + O’Kane supported the Lenexa Recreation Center in Lenexa, Kansas, contributing to a civic recreational facility designed to serve community fitness, wellness, activity, and gathering needs. The project required coordinated solutions for a public-use building accommodating varied recreational programs and ongoing operational demands. In collaboration with PGAV Architects, Leigh + O’Kane contributed to a design process focused on functionality, durability, and the long-term needs of the facility and its users. This project showcases Leigh + O’Kane’s experience supporting recreation center design, municipal facilities, and community-focused civic projects throughout the Kansas City region.
